How to get an access token for the twitch IRC?

Hello i try to connect with the twitch IRC and TwitchLib. But i don’t know wich scopes and setup i need to get the access_token. In addition when i try to login i recive this message

Received: :tmi.twitch.tv NOTICE * :Login unsuccessful

For IRC you need chat:edit and chat:read

The token is preceeded by oauth: which the library may do for you.
