How to put client id on url

Hello, i m very noob on programming and this api.
I just need just this game’s viewer count.But i dont know where i put client id on this query.I have an id with localhost.
https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/streams/?game=Overwatch/

Soryy for this noob question.I didnt found on google.I found only via php,js but not direct link.

How to put Client-ID in url
