How to stream unannounced game privately?

We are currently developing a Twitch extension for a new unannounced game.
As we need to stream the game to test the extension, we have some security concerns, that random user can accidentally see the stream with the game before the release.

Is there any way to create a private stream only for whitelisted tester accounts?
I’ve already written to Twitch Support but didn’t get any detailed reply.

Stream a FFMPEG test stream or a blank image, thats what I do when testing my extensions.

Unless you need the game to be visible to test what you are doing, stream a test pattern or image that shows rough layout, rather than the game itself
