HOW to use GIF on Panel Twitch

Hi all
Now i’m customizing my panel and noticed there’s no easy way to use GIF on Twitch Panel
I’ve founded this topic - Panel with Animated GIF
I’m totally sure that it’s possible here’s an example https://www.twitch.tv/mmet
Can anyone explain me how to use GIF?

This shouldn’t be possible.

So I have no idea how mmet did it.
Since you also can’t use images from offsite, you have to upload them to Twitch.

Either way not a question for this forum, we handle third party development here, not first party stuff like panels.
