Some of my viewers are lurking using IRC but I can’t see they in my users list when I’m doing streaming. Is twtich broken? Why I can’t see my real users list?
If they are lurking via IRC they are not watching. So they are not viewers.
A couple of people have reported that people using unofficial chat clients are not showing in chatter lists, Twitch is aware.
They are working to fix it? Because all the people in my stream are my viewers, that’s not fair if I can’t know how much people are there.
if they are only in chat then they are not watching you stream. So by definition not a viewer. They don’t increase your viewer count.
Yes it’s a known issue
