Is there a test chat to test bots?

Is there a channel I can connect my bot to and then type some commands in using my other account to see how the bot responds?

I did my first development on a friend’s stream’s chat. Now, I did some refactoring, and I just want to quickly see if I didn’t break things. However, I cannot seem to find a chat you can just use for a simple chat like that. This seems like extremely basic functionality to me, so I’m expecting it to exist, but I cannot find it. Does it exist?

Ah! I thought I had to be streaming to be able to chat in my channel, but that was simply wrong. Thanks!
