The endpoint you’re using is deprecated, and will be permanently shut down tomorrow as outlined in the announcement post https://discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/legacy-chatters-endpoint-shutdown-details-and-timeline-april-2023/43161.
Please use the Get Chatters endpoint if you wish to continue retrieving a list of users connected to chat on a channel.
