Issues on the smart tv App (Samsung)

Hi guys,
I recently downloaded the Samsung smart tv app for Twitch but even ethernet cabled → cannot watch it over 480p (and still lags sometimes).
I did a speedtest and the connection goes up to 140Mbps on the tv.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

This is a 3rd party developer forum. We don’t support external apps, only developers making apps. You’d have to contact Twitch support if it’s the official app, or the developers if it’s a 3rd party app.
