I’ve noticed yesterday that when you first load twitch.tv there is jigsaw puzzle image (like one of missing flash plugin) on top left corner. I’ve been having same bug for a couple of weeks now, and i wasn’t able to fix it. I see that you managed to fix your bug, would you be kind to tell me what was the problem you had?
