Listen to Twitch stream's audio on another device

Hello!
Is there a way to retrieve stream source url, in order to stream it to an audio device, so the logged user can listen AUDIO ONLY to a 3rd part speaker?
I’ve been told that there was a sort of m3u8 retrieve a time, but it’s been blocked by Twitch itself.

The only supported way of consuming a Twitch stream is through the Twitch Embed. So you could watch the stream on twitch.tv or embed it into a webpage and then route that audio to your audio device.
