Localized Display Names break Clip Author links (404 Error)

Hello,
I found a technical bug regarding localized Display Names (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) in the “Clip Creator” section.
The issue: When a user with a localized Chinese display name creates a clip, the “Author” link on the clip page points to a non-existent URL using Chinese characters (e.g., twitch.tv/我喜欢...) instead of their actual alphanumeric username. This leads to a 404 error page.
