My stream is on excellent , How do i get quality options?

I would like to get the quality option for my viewers , for some of my viewers the stream is way to hd , and they cannot watch it , i can lower the bitrate but some of my viewers dont like it and i dont like it either , i like to have it HD 1080 , 60 fps :smile:

So how can i get the quality option , without partner because its a long way to get it , thanks

If there are currently free resources for encoding, then non-partnered streams can temporarily get quality options if they are chosen by the system. I’m not quite sure what it depends on, but probably mostly viewercount (I’ve also seen streams with only a few viewers get quality options though).
