I do not use a bot for communicating and I did use whispers to contact people but most of them reciprocated the whispers and welcomed them. Now I am getting the “Message Not Delivered” message and am wondering if there is anything to do about that? From what I can tell this happens when either a person is reported as spam, or treated like a bot. I am definitely not a bot and I highly doubt I was reported as spam.

We cannot help with you being blocked from sending whispers. if what you send is triggering the spam prevention systems. May also just be a temporary fault in the whispers system, or your target/destination(s) don’t accept whispers.
