You created a clientID of type public
public clientID’s cannot have secrets, as they are expected to use Device Code Flow (which doesn’t need a secret)
thanks man it is resolved, now the issue i am facing is the button to upload video is not there in my account.
The third party developers forum cannot assist with first party issues
