official API, partner program, or approved method for downloading a creator’s own full VODs

API

ReadyGoPost lets creators connect their own Twitch account through OAuth. We need to retrieve their existing full VOD recordings, automatically create private clips on our server, and display them for creator approval. We do not want to create or publish Twitch clips during processing.

Is there an official API, partner program, or approved method for downloading a creator’s own full VODs with their authorization? If so, what permissions or approval process are required?
