Organization application request to create an organization was not approved

Hello, I recently submitted an application for organization verification and was quickly responded to with a message stating, ‘Your request to create an organization was not approved. We apologize for the inconvenience.’

I’m reaching out to ask for specific reasons why our application was not approved, or if there are any additional documents or information needed for the review process. I’m genuinely perplexed about the reason for our rejection, as the organization URL I provided matches the email domain associated with my Twitch profile.

Any help or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Due to changes in how the Organistation queue is being handled the contents of the queue was wiped/reset and you may have got this in error.

I’ve attempted to resubmit the organization verification, but each time I do, I receive an ‘INTERNAL_ERROR’ message. I’m at a loss for what to do now.

That could be any number of issues including but not limited to ad or script blockers. Or unsupported browser(s)
