Rating streamers

With the API terms, am I able to let my app users rate streamers in order to show a recommendation % to other users?

Meaning if:

  1. certain streamers are rated say 75% or higher by my user base
    and
  2. a user’s saved stream preferences match up with certain live streamers, can I show like: 82% recommend on XYZ streamer, 97% recommend EFG streamer, etc?

Off hand nothing I can think of would disallow this*
