Stream comes out choppy

Everytime I try to livestream in Twitch, my stream constantly buffers and lags a lot. It doesn’t show it smoothly. I have OBS Studio, not the original OBS. I currently use Google Chrome, 32-bits (I couldn’t find a 64-bit version.)

I have:

Windows 10 Home Single Language

1GB disk.
Processor: Intel® Core ™ i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
8,00 GB RAM
64-bit, x64-based processor
No pen or touch input.
