Text box keeps getting pushed down offscreen

Title, I’m not sure exactly how to explain it but look.

If anyone knows a fix, thanks.

Edit: Once it goes off screen there’s no way to bring it back, it’s like it scrolls infinite without being able to bring it back. Only way to bring it back is to have it already ready to type something and when I type it scrolls the entire page down but continues to keep scrolling after every message entered.

I hope that made sense.

I’ve tried refreshing, signing in and out, clearing my cache. Idk what else to try.
