If I write in twitch chat, then I see my messages about 5 seconds later. Anyone know the reason? This feels actually very uncomfortable. (PS! I have good internet connection)

Likely chat might just be hiccuping temporarily.
And regardless of a “good internet connection” this doesn’t mean your ISP is not throttling your route to Twitch or you have a good connection to twitch.
There’s an option in chat settings to add a chat delay for moderation purposes. Unless you’re getting this chat delay in all channels, including your own where you haven’t enabled this feature.
