Twitch Embedded Streams are Muted in Chrome

How can I unmute embedded streams via Chrome? I know Chrome made some changes to the browser which automatically mutes autoplayed content. However now all my embedded streams are muted by default. I tried using the code from the docs

https://player.twitch.tv/?channel=dallas&muted=false

However this still does not work. Anyone have an idea on how to get around this Chrome muting issue?

If you intend to Autoplay a video, Chrome will not allow it unless the user interacted with the page first, or the stream is auto muted.
