Is there a way for an extension to send push notifications to iPhone? Is there a plan to build this functionality?
I see there are twitch notifications that are pushed to an iPhone like “ is live” etc. It would be really nice to send a notification based on an extension action as well.

Given we don’t have notifications on desktop either…
This sounds like candidate for uservoice.
Only problem is if the phone is locked/app is minimized the user is no longer on the channel so extensions unload/no longer exist
So context is lost/user is disconnected from the extension, so theres a fundamental flaw with this idea.
