Upload Took Too Long Error

Hello, I am not sure if i am in the right place at all. Matter a Fact i am almost 100% Sure this isn’t where i should be. Forgive me. I am simply looking for an outlet, or place to vent or possibly find a resolution to the issues i am currently having. I’ve looked into these issues i’m having and have found i am not alone. Yet it seems this issue was dealt with many years back already, by simply spamming the upload of the emote.

Currently having the issue as an Affiliate, Trying to upload my Emotes.

( They are to size, and fit within all requirements needed for upload )

I Am Getting an issue with this upload showing a constant Loading Sign, For as long as i have a page open for.

[ Now my internet is not of issue, due too my upload being well over 40 mb/s. As well as download being over 1 gig. ]

I’ve used Every single Web Browser Known to man. As well as cleared all my cache folders in hopes that maybe it would upload.
To no avail, I’ve still gotten the same issue. The only other time ill get something different, is off the Edge web browser or explorer web browser ( Forget which one it was exactly ) Which states with an error, that after 0.20 Seconds of it trying, that it has taken too long to upload the File.

I’ve spent well over 24 hours trying to refresh the page, or try a different web browser or restart the pc. or re install this or what have you. and i am still unable to upload these Emotes.
