I am planning to cancel my Apple developer program, what will happen for my extension that is already published on the market place approved for IOS devices ?
I guess that I wont be able to make any new version for IOS users but will they have the latest approved version I pushed while I had the Apple developer program or will the extension just stop to work for them ?
Existing app or extension will remain available on the App Store as long as it complies with Apple’s guidelines. However, you won’t be able to submit updates or new versions. The latest approved version will continue to work for iOS users.
Today we announced that, beginning July 9th, being a member of the Apple Developer Program will no longer be a requirement of having an Extension on iOS.
