Xbox one keyframe interval

When I stream from xbox using the twitch app and I go to my dashboard then live in tells me I’m acceptable and that my keyframe needs to be set atb2 seconds and currently running from 4-6 seconds. Is there a fix for this?

I have 110 mbps dl and 25 mbps upload and not sure what to do. I’ve searched through Google, reddit, here and YouTube and come across nothing useful.
