Add box-art for my game?

Hi, I’ve submitted artwork for my game many times via the Twitch box art submission form, but it is still showing the default image.

My game is already on Giantbomb and listed as a game on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Subsistence

Here is the the image I’d like to use on Imgr: https://imgur.com/a/3fVUMzp (which conforms the twitch guidelines for box-art).

Please could a Twitch staff member possibly help me?
