Hi Guys,
Im developing a small web-site that will analyze video streams using computer vision and provide some stats and links back to Twitch.tv pages and probably will publish it as extension. How do you think is that legal? I`ve tried to read terms-of-service and other terms but that legal language is not an easy to understand.
