Does Twitch have a web login control?

I appreciate that I could configure my own OAUTH connection to the API, but on a web-based implementation I’m worried that having users put in their Twitch usernames and passwords into a custom form on my site would put people off.

Does Twitch have anything like Facebook, Twitter or GitHub’s login control, whereby an official Twitch plugin is used and users get directed to a this application would like to access… page within Twitch prior to completing the login process?
