EventSub limits for channels that has authorized you

What is the minimum requirements for me to subscribe to an event for a channel without it costing me anything? Streamers do authorize my app through my website before the bot joins their channel, so i assume that enough? (not talking about subscriptions that need a specific scope)

More specifically, i want to subscribe to stream.online and stream.offline for every streamer that authorizes my app and i want to make sure i can do that for each streamer.

Then thats it.

Any auth from that streamer will make the stream online/offline for that streamer zero cost. (Same for any public Topic for that streamer)
