Get Game covers via Twitch API

Hello dear Community,

as I was playing around with the API to get Game covers I saw that Twitch API refers on the Giantbomb API to get the game covers. Is there an issue if I implement the Game covers via the Twitch API on my site even though it´s from the Giantomb API (Because of copyright infringements). Does Giantomb have the rights for all those Game Covers ?

Only the list of games comes automatically from Giantbomb. The box art is uploaded to Twitch by the game developers/publisher or Twitch’s staff.

Hey thanks for your reply. So basically Giantomb can not complain if we get the box art via Twitch API. Can someone confirm this - do not want to run into a lawsuit or anything.
