Get predictions result without streamer interaction?

Hi,

I noticed that there seem to be two ways to get info on channel predictions:

  1. If you are the streamer, you can use the API directly
  2. Otherwise, you can use the EventSub channel prediction event types

But, 2 requires that the streamer give your app permission. This seems a little strange as the predictions are public, anyone can just watch the stream and see them. Is there any way to get the prediction results without requiring the streamer to explicitly give your app permission?

All the API/eventsub methods require authentication/permission from the broadcaster to consume the broadcasters data
