Helix API: Retrieve Channel/User Panels

Hi,
Given a user or a channel, is there any way to retrieve the content of the panels displayed in the channel homepage via API?
I’m trying to see if I can retrieve user’s social networks like Twitter or Instagram when this information is displayed in panels in the homepage, instead of the user description.
Is there any way to do this using the API?
