How to get viewcard/ past channel messages?

As a moderator you can type /user [username] in chat to get the viewcard of viewer in the stream or https://www.twitch.tv/popout/channelName/viewercard/viewerUserName.

Is there a method to get the viewcard/ past messages send by a viewer using the Twitch API?
