I’m a developer and I think about creating a community to promote aspiring Twitch streamers and other streaming platforms. I’m currently brainstorming mechanisms that wouldn’t violate Twitch TOS. Please answer the questions below: Are all of these mechanics permitted under Twitch TOS?

Is it possible to promote Twitch streamers using Amazon Ads?

Is it possible to have subscriptions where part of the proceeds go toward Amazon Ads and the other part is used to buy coins, which a person can use to get featured in live stream promotions within our community without any view guarantees? For example, they would just be featured at the top for 10 minutes?

Is it possible to give a reward in coins for watching other streamers’ streams?

Can coins be used to grow a stream’s visibility within the community?

Is it possible to give a reward in coins to one Twitch streamer for following to another Twitch streamer?
I want to build this in full compliance with Twitch’s policies.
