Link a twitch bot with discord

I need someone to contact me VIA discord that can do the following stuff.
Make our discord bot or make your own from scratch link to a twitch bot. It will need to give points in the discord for someone watching, chatting, hosting, Following, and Subbing another discord members twitch chan.

I can go into more details just add my discord to talk.
