My own stream is lagging -

Hello everyone,

I have the problem that my stream is lagging. The reason cant be the system and my own connection. Ive constant 60FPS - my upload is about ~8mbit/s+ and the download is at 80mbit/s+

Ive no lags ingame - its only lagging if you view http://www.twitch.tv/legendtv_

I use the Xsplit gamecaster (maybe it would be better to use the normal broadcaster?)
