Need help identifying an Error Code that appeared in my Streamer's Channel

So my Streamer had an Error Code appear in their channel, and I have not been able to find anything on it. So I figured I’d come here, to the source of all Twitch Knowledge for answers. This is what it was:

@badges=moderator/1;color=;display-name=nit_noi;emote-sets=0;mod=1;subscriber=0;turbo=0;user-type=mod :tmi.twitch.tv USERSTATE #thaithyme

Can anyone please tell me what this means, or it’s purpose, and whether it’s ok, or something we need to worry about.
