New type of "ban" but it forces the timed out user to watch an ad instead

Just as the title said, an API that allows the moderation team to make a user that is in between “being a nuisance” and breaking the rules, just make the user watch an ad on demand by the mod team.

I’m a Full stack engineer and i know it’s not easy or know your backend, but maybe :

to immidiatly start a 30 second ad to the person, and would help the revenue just a tid bit. Just an idea.

One issue I can see with your suggestion though is that it’d likely run in to a legal issues, and the advertisers certainly wouldn’t like their ads being used as a form of punishment.

On a business perspective i think they wouldn’t care that much as long as they get more eyes on their product.
How you deliver the message would be important too. It’s not a punishment, it’s a feature called personalized advertising!
