Hello Twitch Developer Team,

We are writing to request assistance with transferring the game “Throne and Liberty” to our Twitch Organization for Drops integration.

Issue Description:

We have officially become one of the publishers of Throne and Liberty, as confirmed on IGDB. However, we are unable to add this game to our Twitch Organization because it is currently associated with another Twitch organization.

Request:

We kindly ask you to:

  1. Remove “Throne and Liberty” from the Amazon Games organization on Twitch

  2. Add the game to our organization:
    https://dev.twitch.tv/org/b4a4d3db-6b00-4193-beb0-8f113892ddf0/console

This is required for us to configure and launch Twitch Drops campaigns for the game.

As mentioned in the other thread that you’ve opened, you should email the details of your organization, game, and the transfer request to developers@twitch.tv and that’ll go to someone who will be able to assist you.

Yes, as we have already mentioned, we have seen successful cases of resolving similar issues here, so we decided to reach out here. We will try again with support, thank you. But we would like to see responses from Twitch representatives here.

That is the purpose of the developers email.

Those representatives don’t always track the forums and it’s better to have the positive email sent to the developers inbox for those representatives to handle/respond and/or confirm verification and/or handle in a timely fashion. Additionally those representatives would advise you to send an email to the developers inbox anyway.
