Request to Transfer Game "Warface" to Astrum Entertainment Organization

Hello Twitch Developer Support Team,

We are writing to request assistance with transferring the game “Warface” to our Twitch Organization for Drops integration.

Our Organization Details:

Issue Description:

According to IGDB, Warface has multiple publishers listed. However, at present, Astrum Entertainment is the sole publisher and developer of Warface, managing all current operations and development of the game.

We are unable to add this game to our Twitch Organization because it is currently associated with another Twitch organization.

Request:

We kindly ask you to:

  1. Remove “Warface” from the current organization on Twitch;

  2. Add the game to our organization:
    https://dev.twitch.tv/org/b4a4d3db-6b00-4193-beb0-8f113892ddf0/console

This is required for us to configure and launch Twitch Drops campaigns for the game.

You should email the details of your organization, game, and the transfer request to developers@twitch.tv and that’ll go to someone who will be able to assist you.

We contacted support, but the responses we received seemed to indicate they didn’t understand our issue at all. We have seen successful cases of resolving similar issues here, so we decided to reach out here. We will try again, thank you.

General Twitch Support usually can’t assist with developer related issues, but developers@twitch.tv goes to the actual staff who are the ones who handle these matters so should be able to better assist you, and can also more easily discuss confidential matters that could otherwise not be handled here on a public forum.
