Scopes missing from new API?

With the new helix API, how do I get subscriber information? I need to fetch a list of users who are subscribed to my channel… or to check if a user is subscribed to my channel.

This doesn’t seem possible with the scopes of the Helix API.

Helix is incomplete right now, if you need to fetch subscribers then you’ll have to use the old API until Helix gets updated.
