TMI ignored characters and other limitations

I was wondering why are there some characters that get stripped after message gets posted in TMI including two subsequent spaces, some invisible spaces.

Also (probably due to same reason) I was wondering why messages that have excessive repeating characters get dropped

Two subsequent spaces is usually a HTML Display issue. Twitch doesn’t convert the space to %20 and it’s a easy “stop chat nutter being a chat nuttter”
