Hello Twitch Developer Support,
I am unable to generate a new Client Secret for my application “lootd-v2”. After clicking “New Secret” and confirming, nothing is displayed in the UI. The browser console reports:
ResetOauthAppSecret: service timeout
The issue appears to be application-specific. I can successfully generate a Client Secret for another application under the same Twitch account, using the same browser and network. The affected application is configured as a Confidential client.
This application was recently included in an IGDB partnership agreement, and its Client ID was provided during that process, so replacing the application or changing the Client ID is not a suitable workaround.
Could you please inspect the application record and either restore Client Secret rotation or securely rotate the secret from your side?
