Hello. Is there a way to upload videos programmatically using some API?

As i looked into ways to automate things around my hobbyist level of youtube and twitch stuff i had the bright idea to upload some videos on my hard disk to twitch, while i apparently can do that via the video manager i would thought this might prove to be a nice opportunity to test some things with the API (like pulling title/description of one of my youtube videos, downloading it and then uploading it and then inserting the same info, basically a youtube to twitch transfer (this might violate …

It wasn’t migrated to helix so no there is no way to upload videos programmatically.

Please create or upvote a uservoice citing the usecase for needing it.
