7s delay between my OBS Studio and the Twitch Plays stream. How can I reduce this lag?

I’m running a robot I built that lets Twitch solve a jigsaw puzzle.

Time from a command to robot response is almost zero.
Time from a command to video update on my LAN’s OBS Studio feed is 3s, which I’m working on.
Time from a command to Twitch visibility is ~10s.

10s between action and response is painful. Is there a way I can reduce this delay?

Thank you!

See my reply in the other thread asking about handwave latency. Short answer is that you can’t really affect it, but (from the VOD), the constant goal is to lower it.

Thanks. Sounds like all I can do is reduce my local lag and hope Twitch continues to behave.
