Clicking create button does nothing. Or am I doing something wrong (more likely scenario!)? Same problem in Brave and Chrome.

one of more of the following is occuring:
- you are trying to use a name that is already taken
- you are trying to use a name that contains a reserved word
- you have a blank redirect URI
The form to create is not surfacing errors correctly
