Can't update/add OAuth Redirect URLs

Hi, I can’t update/remove or add “OAuth Redirect URLs” in my application. I always get an error (when I inspect the dev console in the browser):
message: service error
path: updateOauthApp

If I create a new application, the OAuth Redirect URLs can’t by edited after. Existing apps have the same problems.
