Can't upload box art

Hello, I’m the developer of “Língua”. Whenever I try to upload my game’s box art the upload times out. I’ve tried over a 24h period on different browsers, but I’m unable to upload the box art due to this error. The file is under 1mb, 600x800 and a jpg.

At this time, new boxart uploads are disabled. We will let you know when this functionality is restored.

Following up on individual posts regarding cover art uploads, we wanted to make sure everyone has seen the following announcement.

Twitch game cover art to be powered by IGDB

Update (2021-11-24) The migration to power Twitch categories with IGDB cover art and migrating existing IGDB cover art to Twitch has been completed. To update a game’s image on Twitch, find it’s page on IGDB and click the “Edit” button next to the title. Then follow the IGDB Contribution Guidelines to upload a new image for review.
