I have a chat bot that can create custom commands. What happens if a user creates a command that contains banned words (for which Twitch bans)?
If the bot account is banned, is it possible to unban it?

You would want to consider

a) allowing a user to bring their own account to your service, so it operates using not your provided account

b) adding your own filters to command editing forms how you see fit to protect yourself
