I cannot create/register an application. Cannot use any url including localhost.
If you’re getting a Client Name Already Exists error then it’s likely because an app already has that name. Apps/Extensions on Twitch must all be globally unique so if someone else has already registered an app with that name then you can’t.
Similarly there are also certain words that will block an app being created, for example you can’t use the word Twitch in your app/Extension name.
